Gorgeous creek with rock bluff, shallow rocky areas to walk through, and grungy bridge. Difficult walking required (it’s worth it!). Wear protective shoes that can get wet. Bugspray recommended.
Enter the Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park (there is an entrance fee to pay via cash, credit, or 2019 state park pass at the gate). At the first fork, veer left, then take your first left (immediately after the small bridge). Parking will be ahead on the left in a gravel lot. Meet in the grassy area in front of the lot.
